Went with the priests to "Big Judds"

Well as you can see we all went and tried our hand at attacking one of these huge "Big Juds" Burgers and Huge bowl of Tots. We all showed and gave it our best. Stu gave it a good effort and finished 3/4 of the burger and left half of the tots. Trevor Radford got weak and chickened out after less then half of the burger, the Bishop didn't try, he and Mateo both ordered a little girl burger. And Nate Drussel and I both took this mountain of beef head on and we came out victorious. And we even finished all of our Tots and made the Wall of Fame. Go to Big Juds in Boise and see our sorry mugs. I was in pain for about 48 hours. I don't think I will ever try that one again.

Abby turned eight and got Baptized!

Abby turned eight and got baptized!!!! She has been waiting for this for a long time. It was a very special day for her and all the rest of us. We are really proud of her and what a cute young lady she is becoming. There are too many wonderful things about Abby to list here, but we are grateful that she is in our family, and are lucky to be her Dad and Mom!

First Coyote hunting trip of the year! (Colton finally was able to come)

This morning Colton and I went on our first Coyote Trip of the year. I talked about it last night and he was at my bed side at 5:00am asking me, "Is it too early to go yet?" I had him crawl in bed for another hour and then we got up and drove out to the Murphey flats. We didn't shoot any this morning but did call in a couple close enough to see and hear but couldn't get them to come any closer so we could get a shot off. It is still a little early, but as it gets closer and they get hungrier they should be a little easier to call in. He did get a chance to shoot my Glock 17. I thought that would be a good idea, (Pre-Obama) while he still has the constitutional right to keep and bare arms! Isn't America great?

2nd Annual Riggins Stealhead trip at "shorts bar!"

This was the second Annual Steelhead trip, I took with Jerry Anderson up to Riggins. We set up my new Wall Tent and camped right in front of our favorate fishing hole for 5 days. As you can see the fishing was phenomenal, and the food as just as good. Dad and royce west both made if up for a great day of fishing as well. Stay tuned for more pictures because we are going to repeat the trip in mid November with Dave and Austin Bradshaw! Life really doesn't get any better than this!!!!!!!

Jenny Ran in the "Prison Break" 1/2 Marathon on Saturday!

Jenny ran in the "Prison Break" 1/2 Marathon on Saturday. It was really neat. They had it out at the Idaho State Penitentiary. As you can see from the pictures they had the riot squad out there to do the starting line. And they even had a flyby from the search and rescue planes. She beat her personal best by 4 minutes and 45 sec. She was very pleased and we were very proud of her!

Jenny's Yard project!

As you can see from the previous posts, we have had an incredible spring fishing season. I have gone as often as our schedule permits, and the kids have had some great experiences. Jenny on the other hand is not quite as fond of our little wet friends as I am, so she stays home and works in the yard. I walked through the yard this afternoon and noticed what a great job she has done so I wanted to post some pic's. She even installed an arbor at the garden enterance. She set it in concrete and everything! What a gal! Yes I am a lucky man.

Seable Family Biker Gang!

Emily earned a new bike and helmet for having perfect attendance at school. Abby had perfect attendance as well, but only third graders got a bike. Some times your the windshield, and some times your the bug.We could not be more proud of our little girls!

Jenny Ran the "Great Potato Half Marathon!

We were so proud of Jenny. The kids and I drove up to luck peak where the race started and we set up little stations along the way where the kids could cheer for Mommy. She did really well. Her clock time was 1hr 57 minutes. (all though her chip time was a little faster.) Jenny is our little runner. 13 miles, no problem! Can I do it on my Motorcycle?

Another great Lake Lowell fishing trip!

I went out tonight with Dad and we both hammered the Bass. I also caught one of those huge Crappie people talk about out there. They do exist! Also, Dad caught this 4 1/2 lb Large Mouth! Not a bad evening at the lake.

Abby too can catch the Large Mouths!

Abby saw the pictures from Colton fishing yesterday morning so she asked If I would take her tonight after work. I was off at 5:00 and we were on the water by 6:00, and she had this in the boat by 6:20. We had a great time. The wind came up and cut the trip short but she and I still had an awesome time together!

Colton's First Lake Lowell Large Mouth!

This Morning I didn't have to be into work until 11:00 so I got colton up at 6:00 and we were on the water by 7:00. We had 4 fish by 7:30. Colton caught two and I caught two. (I have to admit that only two made it into the boat though.) We had a blast. It is really nice to be able to fish in less then 5 minutes from the house! He might be "Red-neck" enough to join the Bass Tour and then support his old Dad in my old age! So you can see the hours and $$$ spent on the water at this age is kind of like... yeah, saving for College. (Something like that.)

First Family Fishing Trip of the Season 3/28/08

We had a blast today up at CJ Strike. It was the first Saturday I have had off with good weather, and fish were actually biting. Everyone caught fish and Jenny even came and said that she had a lot of fun as well. Colton asked me the other day, "Dad, do you ever actually ever catch fish, or just take pictures of them?" So this was a good trip for him to see that we can actually catch fish. This should be a great summer.

Fishing with Grandpa John! March 08

Ok, this was the first time out in Grandpa John's Boat for the season. We went up to Lucky Peak, and as you can see there is still a little ice on the lake but we were able to at least drown a worm or two. Colton had a great time.

Colton's Playing T-ball

Colton is having a blast playing T-ball this spring. These are a couple shots of his "skills..." We don't know what the person who named the team was smoking but his team is called the "River Dogs." At least he didn't get on the "Sand Gnats" Team!

Fun at Middle Creek Subdivision. Snow Day! No School!

This January we had a few days of good snow, and we took an afternoon to have some fun with the neighborhood kids. It's allways fun to tick off the stuffed-shirt subdivision cops, by pulling the kids around on the sleds with the quads.
